Stringent Qualifications

FocalPoint business coaches come from a select group of professionals. They must have well-rounded business experience and preference in selection is given to prospective coaches who have run their own companies or have been senior executives. In addition, each FocalPoint business coach undergoes personality assessments to ensure they all have personalities conducive to successful business coaching. Moreover, FocalPoint International conducts extensive and very thorough due diligence to ensure every FocalPoint business coach is right for the role of a business coach.

Extensive Training & Certification Process

Initial coach training is held in San Diego and is conducted by FocalPoint personnel and representatives from Brian Tracy International, including Brian Tracy himself. This is an intense six day program aimed at developing coaching skills through a variety of interactive roll play and classroom exercises. Following initial in-house training, each business coach enters into an ongoing schedule of training and support. Standing weekly conference calls are aimed at continually honing the coach's skills, enabling him/her to deliver maximum value to clients with full fidelity to the quality and effectiveness standards established by Brian Tracy International.
